Do you drop ship?

Yes, if you would like to dropship contact us at info@kendrickhome.net and we will set you up as a dropship customer.

 

Is there a minimum to order? Reorder minimum?

No minimums for opening orders or reorders.

 

What is the turnaround time on orders placed, and how long will my order take to complete?

Because each piece is made to order, our standard production time is 2–3 weeks. During peak seasons, turnaround may extend to 4–5 weeks due to higher order volume. Once your order ships, please allow an additional few business days for transit time.

 

Do you ship large orders via pallet?

Yes, we offer shipping of large quantities on pallets with a truck that includes a liftgate or a straight truck if you have a forklift or dock. The shipping weight must be 200 lb. in order to ship by pallet.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada and have had a few orders go to the Caribbean. Be prepared for a higher freight charge for international orders. Please contact us for additional information and pricing.

 

Do shipping rates change during peak season?

Yes. Shipping carriers typically raise their rates during peak season, so our shipping costs may be higher during that time as well. Peak shipping season is usually mid-November through the end of January. We always aim to keep shipping as accurate and fair as possible based on current carrier pricing.
