For any shipping damages, you must keep the carton and packing material on hand.
IMPORTANT: Defective merchandise claims must be received within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Claims not reported within this time frame may not be accepted.
Photos are required for damage claim submission. Photos of the damage and any noticeable damage to the inner/outer packaging or boxes are required in order for claims to be processed with the shipping companies.
Kendrick Home must authorize all replacements. A customer service representative will contact you within 2 days once your damage claim form has been submitted.
